ORDER OF MERIT – ELS PERFORMANCE GOLF ACADEMY ACHIEVEMENT POINT SYSTEM FOR JUNIOR GOLFER

With the desire to bring Junior EPGA golfers an interesting playground, EPGA launches an honoring point system called the ORDER OF MERIT. From the accumulated points, EPGA will honor and award gifts and incentives from EPGA and sponsors by the end of 2023 (details will be announced after EPGA works with sponsors) . At the same time, from the accumulated score EPGA will find the EPGA Junior Elite Team 2024 to develop an intensive golf training program.
EPGA created Order of Merit with the spirit of “PLAY TO EARN” to help our young golfers have more motivation to participate in golf tournaments, practice to achieve more. This system will help EPGA make the most fair assessment before giving incentives and support to young golfers.
The system only applies to students, members who use EPGA’s services from January 2023 to January 2024 and members of EPGA Elite Team 2023 (except for members of the Vietnam national team) – (after compiling results in December of each year, the system will be updated from the beginning in January of the following year).
HOW TO CREATE POINTS OF THE “ORDER OF MERIT” SYSTEM:
Junior EPGA members will earn points when
Participated in the award of EPGA JUNIOR OPEN, VGA Junior, sponsored by VGA & international award.

Note: Only applicable when Junior golfer becomes an EPGA member (buying a membership package or buying the first training package of 2023)
SUMMARY OF RESULTS AND AWARDS FOR JUNIOR EPGA MEMBERS IN “ORDER OF MERIT” SYSTEM:
Time: December 2023
- Gifts: Based on the results from high to low, members will receive different gifts and prizes
- Gifts from EPGA: Hats, umbrellas and other items
- Gifts from sponsors: Cobra, Puma (the list will be updated more)
Discount 5% -> 10% for package services at EPGA (depending on EPGA member’s rank)
EPGA members with good scores, great achievement will be selected to join EPGA Elite Team 2024: participate in specialized golf training and physical training courses
ABOUT EPGA JUNIOR OPEN 2023
Time: Organized by Quarter
Audience: EPGA Junior members (EPGA students & members) and Juniors in the region aged 5-15
RIGHTS AT EPGA JUNIOR OPEN 2023
Rules are announced at the time
Prizes are awarded to all participating athletes (students, EPGA members and guests…)
- First prize: Medal & gifts; EPGA sponsor 100% of the fee to participate in the next EPGA Junior Open tournament
- Second & Third Prize: Medal & gifts, EPGA sponsor 50% of the entry fee for the next EPGA Junior Open tournament
*Note: Sponsorship awards to participate in the EPGA Junior Open tournament are only applicable when the athlete participates in the next tournament of the tournament, if the athlete does not participate, the rights are not reserved for the subsequent tournament. (The prize is not exchangeable for cash)
SPECIAL BENEFIT FOR JUNIOR EPGA MEMBERS ONLY AT EPGA JUNIOR OPEN 2023
Prizes are only awarded to EPGA members when they reach the 1st, 2nd & 3rd places in the EPGA Junior Open 2023
First prize: Sponsor VND 2,000,000 when participating in the next VGA Junior tournament
Second & Third Prize: Sponsor VND 1,000,000 when participating in the next VGA Junior tournament
*Note: The sponsorship award for the VGA Junior tournament is applied when the athlete participates in the VGA tournament within 3 months from the date of participation and receives the award of the EPGA Junior Open. (The prize will be awarded in cash after the athlete is on the official list of the VGA tournament within 7-10 days)
