Pioneering Golfers Leading the Elite & Rising Stars Team
The establishment of the EPGA Junior Elite Team (2024) marks a significant milestone in EPGA’s mission to develop golf in Vietnam. By forming and training this team, EPGA aims to nurture a core group of talented, potential golfers, ensuring long-term growth for golf in the future.
- In 2025, EPGA is restructuring its junior team to carefully select and provide greater opportunities for potential members. The team will now be divided into two groups:
Elite Team – Comprising outstanding members who have consistently maintained high performance over time. - Rising Stars – Featuring golfers who have shown exceptional improvement and possess strong development potential.
EPGA’s Commitment to Youth Golf Development
EPGA has been actively organizing junior golf programs and tournaments to support young talents. In 2023, EPGA introduced the EPGA Order of Merit, recognizing and celebrating the achievements of young golfers under the spirit of “PLAY TO EARN.” This ranking system motivates junior golfers to compete and train harder to achieve greater success.
Throughout the 2024 season, young golfers competed across:
- 4 EPGA-hosted tournaments
- 6 VGA Junior Tour events
- VAO, VLAO, VJO, and VGA-sanctioned tournaments
- International junior tournaments
With great effort and determination, young golfers strived to earn valuable ranking points and climb the EPGA Order of Merit leaderboard. EPGA proudly recognized and rewarded the top performers of the EPGA Order of Merit 2024, encouraging them to continue their journey in golf.

EPGA believes that investing in young golfers today will bring significant benefits to the future of Vietnamese golf. This is why the EPGA Junior Elite Team & Rising Stars has been formed—bringing together the top-ranked players from the EPGA Order of Merit 2024 and those highly regarded by EPGA’s PGA coaches.
This core team will receive specialized training and proudly represent EPGA at:
- VGA Junior Tour events
- National & International amateur junior competitions

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR EPGA JUNIOR ELITE TEAM & RISING STARS
The EPGA Junior Elite Team & Rising Stars 2025 will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Rankings in the EPGA Order of Merit
- Top-performing members (#1, #2, #3) in their respective competition groups/categories
- Consistent performance & improvement in key tournaments (stroke play results & progress over multiple events)
- Evaluation by EPGA’s PGA-certified coaches
- Commitment, discipline, and serious training attitude to participate in all team activities at EPGA.
The formation of the EPGA Junior Elite Team & Rising Stars is a crucial step toward shaping the future of Vietnamese golf. By training and supporting these young talents, EPGA is committed to developing a strong foundation for the sport’s long-term success.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Except for the welcome gift package, all other benefits will no longer be valid once the golfer is no longer part of the EPGA Junior Elite Team & Rising Stars at the time of application.
- Discounts are applied based on the listed prices at the time of purchase/service usage and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- EPGA supports extending training package coupons (from previously purchased programs) if a student is no longer in the EPGA Junior Elite & Rising Stars Team after 6 months.
