EPGA organizes a "virtual reality" golf tournament for amateur golfers in Vietnam - using the world's No. 1 technology golf practice lane TRACKMAN RANGE
The "Real - Virtual" course allows golfers to participate in the tournament at the same time in the same practice lane or different practice lanes. Golfers can participate in qualifying tournaments actively and flexibly in terms of time but still experience the same course conditions. This is an opportunity for golfers to practice and motivate golfers to practice. Each shot can be an opportunity to receive a reward, each "practice round" becomes an exciting but not "qualifying round". The prize has a total prize money of 56 million VND, the champion (Best Net) will bring home 15,000,000 VND and 1,000,000 VND for the final position in the final round.

PARTICIPATION FEE
- Tournament participation fee: 500,000 VND/athlete (unlimited number of scorecard submissions)
- The cost of using the practice lane is not included
- Members: use the exercise voucher according to the daily exercise benefit in the purchased service package.
- Walk in customers & students: buy practice ticket at the Reception or use the practice coupon included with the golf lesson package.
STEPS TO PARTICIPATE
- Step 1: Register to participate at the reception (or with the operator in the practice area) – by filling in the registration form.
- Step 2: Download the Trackman application to participate in the game and save scores in your personal account
- Step 3: EPGA staff at the practice lane will participate in setting up the “game” with all registration information with the players to ensure authenticity and fairness (log in to the golfer’s Trackman account, select the course, Enter handicap number, turn off Mulligan mode, select tee…).
- Step 4: After completing the round, please contact EPGA staff to confirm and save the round’s score.
- Step 5: EPGA will summarize the scores and announce them according to the expected schedule (please see below)

COMPETITION QUALIFICATION
– The Tournament is open to all Vietnamese male & female golfers and foreigners who are EPGA members, lesson customer, all guests and Sponsors of the Tournament.
– The prizes do not apply for golfer that are professional player and member of Vietnam National Golf team, EPGA Elite Team & E’s Class

- Accepted Handicap Index from WGHN, VGA
- Golfer must enter the recent handicap index at the time of playing in the tournament. (Note: 0,5 and above will be rounded to 1, and 0,4 and below will be rounded to 0)
- The division will be sorted base on the most recent scorecard (best score) – which will be the final scorecard use for the tournament
- The organizer have full right to make any change in division (if any)
COMPETITION FORMAT
- The tournament will be held at any TMR driving lane at EPGA; using stroke play – NET scoring.
- Settings during the competition:
- Auto putt
- Input correct Handicap index during the competition (Note: rounding up to 1 for 0.5 and above; rounding down to 0 for 0.4 and below)
- Selecting the correct Tee for tee-off
- The use of Mulligan feature is not allowed
- Any settings beneficial to golfers and different from the OC’s settings will not be counted towards performance.

Red Tee
- R&A, USGA rules, and Local Rules will be applied using the Trackman Range software.
- During the Qualifying Round, golfers will play under the supervision of the OC (they can play 1 round or multiple rounds to achieve the best score) and submit their results to the OC before 12:00 PM on May 16, 2024.
- After the Qualifying Round, the OC will select the top 12 golfers (from 4 golfers with the best performance from each group) to participate in the final round (direct competition).
GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
- The OC will not intervene in golfers’ club selection; golfers are free to choose clubs suitable for the PGA National course terrain at the TMR driving range, EPGA.
- In case of weather conditions or equipment malfunctions preventing the completion of 18 holes of play, athletes are requested to inform the OC to reschedule the round at another time (during the qualifying round period).
- Athletes must ensure that they play according to the OC’s settings standards. Golfers should contact the OC to adjust game configurations and sign confirmations according to regulations before the round.
- Athletes violating game configuration settings will be disqualified from the tournament, and any form of collusion or cheating will result in immediate result cancellation.
- Athletes are responsible for submitting and verifying their scorecards with the OC after completing the round.
- If they win the prize, the Contestant must pay all taxes (if any) to the state agency.
